two poached eggs, shaved parmesan, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 keto chocolate chip muffin w cream cheese
1:30pm
1 slice of asparagus spinach lasagna, 1 chicken thigh cooked w keto curry
sugar free dark chocolate topped w peanut butter
