What I cooked today:

rack of ribs, 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 hours

keto peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, 1 cup peanut butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 egg, 2 Tbsp keto flour, 3/4 cup Swerve brown sugar, dark chocolate chips, chunks 72% dark chocolate, 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes
